Back. Back in Vienna.

The last 2 weeks were awesome and I had some of these candid moments where one fully appreciates being young, being on the road. I feel very blessed atm, in a non religious way.

First of all, I've been made photo chief of WIENER magazine. After only 6 months of being an assistant and later pic-editor... it's a great challange. I will be working full time, while working on various projects (exhibit, plays, etc). But yeah, it's a good job and I think I will enjoy it, even though I'm going to work my ass off. Well, I'm not going to be a picture editor forever, just too little creative work. But I don't want to be ungrateful.

The thing is...
I do want to go back to London at one point.

And I don't want to wait too long. There's truth in what they say: London won't run away, and the more experience I have the better.

I had an AMAZING time in London last week. I did the stills for HOT LEGS video "Tojan Guitar" - watch out for it from mid-October on MTV etc. It's Justin Hawkin's new band (yeah, the guy from The Darkness) and apart from the shots turning out really great, I also love those guys. They're cool. They're funny. They let you drive with their mini cooper. They make you order the right food if you're an inexperienced curry-eater. They explain the difference between black tea and black tea. They look good in leggings. What more do you want?

I didn't check my notes while I was abroad and - as I mentioned in my last journal - deleted all the notes that were sent in between 26 August and 6 September. I'm now taking suggestions again, so keep them coming.
